At the completion of the study, the DCR will be prepared to document the entire Environmental Assessment Study for the project including:
Upon completion, the DCR will be made available for a 30-day public comment period. The DCR will be available for public review on this project website as it is finalized. There is no opportunity for bump-up and provided there are no significant concerns during the review then the project may proceed to construction without further notice.
After the completion of the public comment period and provided there are no outstanding concerns, the study will be considered to have met the requirements of MTO’s Class EA process.
